Craftable's activities continue to evolve. This policy applies to our current operations and will be updated as new Craftable services and experiences are introduced.

The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with Craftable.

1.1 Contact Information

We may collect information such as:

For example, we may collect your email address if you join a mailing list, register your interest in a Craftable project, contact us or participate in an event activation/pop-up.

1.2 Event Activation/Pop-Up Information

If you register for or participate in a Craftable event activation/pop-up or challenge, we may collect information reasonably necessary to administer that experience, such as:

• your name;

• email address;

• registration details;

• participation or completion information;

• information required to administer a commitment or prize pool; and

• communications relating to your participation.

Where a Craftable event activation/pop-up uses a third-party platform, such as an activity-tracking service, that provider may collect additional information directly from you under its own privacy policy.

Craftable will only receive information from a third-party platform where that information is made available to us in connection with administering the event activation/pop-up or where you have otherwise authorised its disclosure.

1.3 Communications

If you contact Craftable, we may retain information contained in your communication and information reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry or maintain appropriate business records.

Where a third-party payment provider processes a payment, that provider may collect payment card or financial information directly from you.

Craftable does not intend to store complete credit or debit card details where payments are processed by an external payment provider.

2. HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION

We generally collect personal information directly from you when you:

• visit or interact with a Craftable website;

• subscribe to communications;

• complete a form;

• contact Craftable;

• register for an event activation/pop-up or challenge;

• participate in a Craftable community initiative;

Where practicable, you may interact with publicly available Craftable content without identifying yourself.

• understand and improve Craftable websites and digital experiences;

4. SMART CODES, ARTWORKS AND WELLBEING CONTENT

Craftable publishes creative and wellbeing-related material including digital artworks, sound content, Smart Codes and Knowledge Architectures.

Simply viewing or engaging with this content does not mean that Craftable collects sensitive personal information about your beliefs, health, emotional state or personal circumstances.

If you voluntarily provide personal information when communicating with Craftable, we will handle that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We do not intend to use engagement with Smart Codes, sound content or artworks to create profiles about an individual's health, beliefs or psychological state.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Craftable may use third-party providers to help operate its websites, communications, event activations/pop-ups and other services.

• website hosting and infrastructure;

• website analytics;

• email and mailing-list services;

• forms and registration systems;

• activity or challenge tracking;

Where you interact directly with a third-party service, that provider may collect and process personal information under its own privacy policy and terms.

Craftable does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party providers.

6. EVENT ACTIVATIONS/POP-UPS AND THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

Some Craftable event activations/pop-ups may use third-party platforms to facilitate registration, activity tracking, participation or other functions.

For example, a walking challenge may use an external platform to record or verify participant activity.

Information collected directly by that platform is governed by the platform provider's privacy policy.

Craftable will only use information it receives from such platforms for purposes reasonably connected with administering the relevant event activation/pop-up, communicating with participants, applying challenge rules or meeting legal and administrative requirements.

Where practical, information about the relevant third-party platform will be provided when you register for the event activation/pop-up.

7. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to:

• service providers who assist us in operating Craftable;

• technology, hosting, analytics, communications or payment providers;

• professional advisers where necessary;

• administer an event activation/pop-up or service;

• protect Craftable, its participants or others from suspected unlawful or harmful activity;

• comply with a legal obligation, court order or lawful request; or

• facilitate a business restructure, acquisition, merger or transfer, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Artists, sound designers and other creative collaborators do not receive access to personal information merely because their work appears within a Craftable project or experience.

8. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

Where permitted by law, we may use contact information to send you Craftable news, project updates, invitations or information about upcoming experiences.

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

• using an unsubscribe link provided in an email; or

• contacting Craftable at hello@craftable.co.

Opting out of marketing communications will not prevent us from sending communications reasonably necessary to administer something you have registered for or requested.

Craftable websites may use cookies and similar technologies required for website functionality, analytics, security or performance.

These technologies may help us understand information such as how visitors arrive at the website, which pages they visit and how the website performs.

Where practicable, we will identify the countries in which overseas recipients are likely to be located once the relevant service providers and data arrangements are established.

You may contact Craftable to request access to personal information we hold about you or to ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading.

A request to delete information held independently by a third-party provider may need to be made directly to that provider.

14. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Craftable's general websites and content may be publicly accessible.

However, services, registrations, challenges or event activations/pop-ups intended only for adults will specify any applicable age requirements.

Craftable does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children where parental or guardian involvement is required by applicable law.
