Craftable Productions (“Craftable,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), with its registered office in Busselton, Western Australia, owns and operates the Craftable app.
By downloading or using the Craftable app, you (“User(s)”) agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”) without modification. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the app.
Use of the app also constitutes agreement to our [Privacy Policy], which is incorporated by reference.
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating them within the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the most current version. The most up-to-date Terms will always be available under the "Terms of Use" link in the app footer.
AGREEMENT TO TERMS
1.1 These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Craftable Productions regarding your use of the app and its services.
1.2 By accessing or downloading the app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.
1.3 Additional terms, conditions, or policies may apply and will be posted within the app.
APP SERVICES
2.1 The app provides access to a digital library of artworks and sound healing tones, embedded with proprietary Smart Codes designed to support wellness, balance, and emotional alignment.
2.2 Features include:
Streaming artworks
Creating artboards
Viewing your personal “Tone Ledger”
Participating in community features
2.3 Subscription: Services are provided on a recurring monthly basis at $15 USD per month (unless otherwise specified). Payments are securely processed through Stripe, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
2.4 All content is streaming-only and may not be downloaded, extracted, or used outside of the app.
2.5 Community Features: The “Monthly Tones,” Tone Ledgers, and other collective contribution features are for informational and wellness purposes only. They do not represent medical or therapeutic outcomes. Craftable retains ownership of anonymised, aggregated community data.
USSER REGISTRATION
3.1 Users must register an account and provide accurate details (name, email, payment details).
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining your account security. You may not share login credentials or allow others to use your account.
3.3 Craftable may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
AGE REQUIREMENT
4.1 You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and purchase a subscription.
4.2 Craftable is designed for home and communal environments. While digital artworks and sound designs may be enjoyed by household members, the subscription account holder must meet the age requirement.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
5.1 All artworks, Smart Codes, sound healing tones, and related assets within the Craftable app are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
5.2 Creator Rights: Contributing digital artists, sound designers, and collaborators retain ownership of their original works.
5.3 Craftable Rights: By contributing, creators grant Craftable a limited, non-exclusive license to curate, combine, display, and stream their works within the app and related services.
5.4 User Rights: Users are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to stream the content for personal, non-commercial use only.
5.5 Restrictions: No part of the app, artworks, Smart Codes, or sound content may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, distributed, reverse-engineered, or otherwise exploited without express written permission from Craftable and/or the original creator.
5.6 Smart Codes: Smart Codes are created by Craftable Productions. The underlying design, methods, and coding structures are confidential intellectual property. Smart Codes remain the sole property of Craftable, even when combined with third-party artworks or music.
5.7 Third-Party Liability: Each contributing creator warrants that their work is original and non-infringing. Craftable disclaims liability for disputes arising from user misuse or creator misrepresentation.
5.8 Attribution: Craftable will credit artists, sound designers, and collaborators where their works appear. Contributors consent to their names/credits being displayed in the app.
5.9 Proprietary Model: Craftable’s unique model - the integration of digital artworks, sound healing tones, and proprietary Smart Codes, is a protected concept and intellectual property of Craftable Productions. No user, contributor, or affiliate may replicate, imitate, or create a competing service based on this integrated model. Any attempt to do so without written permission from Craftable constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.
REFUND POLICY
6.1 Users may request a refund for their most recent subscription payment only by contacting hello@craftable.co
Eligibility:
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the payment date.
The subscription must be cancelled at the time of the request.
Non-Refundable Items:
Past payments beyond the most recent charge
Partial months of service
Perceived ineffectiveness of content (results vary individually)
Purchases made during special promotions or sales
Subscription Management:
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
Users may cancel anytime to stop future charges.
Access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
No pro-rated refunds for unused portions.
Refund requests must include:

Proof of cancellation
We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
AFFILIATE PROGRAM
7.1 Affiliates may earn commission on valid referrals tracked within the app.
7.2 Commissions are calculated monthly. Fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or misuse may result in withheld payments or termination of affiliate status.
7.3 Craftable reserves the right to amend or discontinue the affiliate program at any time.
DISCLAIMERS
8.1 Informational and Aesthetic Purposes Only
The app, artworks, Smart Codes, and frequencies are for informational, creative, and wellness purposes only.
8.2 No Medical or Psychological Advice
The app does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice. Content should not replace consultation with qualified healthcare providers.
8.3 Results May Vary
We do not guarantee outcomes. Effectiveness depends on individual and environmental factors.
8.4 User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your own wellbeing when using the app.
8.5 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Craftable Productions disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from use of the app or reliance on its content.
TERMINATION
9.1 Craftable reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the app and its services at any time, without prior notice, if a user:
Violates these Terms;
Engages in disruptive, abusive, harmful, or harassing behaviour within the app or community spaces;
Misuses the app’s content, artworks, or frequency architectures;
Attempts to interfere with the functioning, integrity, or security of the app or services; or
Acts in a manner inconsistent with the values or wellbeing of the Craftable community.
9.2 Users whose accounts are terminated under this section may lose access to all content, features, and community functions of the app. No refunds will be issued for remaining subscription periods in cases of termination due to user misconduct.
9.3 Craftable also reserves the right to block or refuse future access to individuals who have previously been suspended or terminated.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
